I had an idea right away when I saw this challenge. I just didn't realize how long it would take me to accomplish this!!  Yikes.  It didn't help that I put waaaaay to many flowers together, lol. I probably have enough for another wreath.  :)

I used the Botanical Blossoms dies from Sampin Up to make the flowers.  The leaves are from the Bird Punch (both the leaf vine and the wing piece were used).

The original idea came about because I had a cute little wooden wreath ring which I received as part of a birthday gift over a year ago from a crafty friend.  As happens in my life quite often.....when it came time to make the wreath.....I couldn't find the ring!!!  Sigh....

So, I improvised.....

I cut a paper ring using the thick backing from a pack of dsp.  And here you can also see the bajillion flowers I made....  lol

And, I had some much needed supervision......

They are such good helpers!!  :)

Make it a great week!!

This week the Stamp, Ink, Paper challenge is all about kindness.....
How kind of you to stop by!!  :)

I knew I had a stamp about kindness, it just took me a bit of digging to find it.  The sentiment is from a retired Stampin Up set, 'Friend to Friend'. The images are from Stamps by Judith......and are also some that I have had years and years, and still love!!

The paper color is Old Olive, I stamped the jar with Lost Lagoon, and the flowers I stamped with Crushed Curry.

Hope you have enjoyed my card....and can find some time to share some kindness (and a project) with us!!  :)

Just click on the challenge image above, and you will be magically taken right to the challenge page.  :)

I hope you have a week filled with kindness!

Hello!  And thank for stopping by to check out this week's challenge....

I am a little in love with what I refer to as "the taco truck".....lol....

And this was the perfect chance to play with it some more.

I used Daffodil Delight for the card base, and used that ink color, along with Peakaboo Peach, and Bermuda Bay to stamp the little ice cream cones on the background dots.

I colored in the truck with pencil crayons, and finished it off with some Bermuda Bay ribbon. The stitched dies are from Gina Steimel, and the truck layer is attached with dimensionals.

Thanks again for stopping by to check out my card.....now I want ice cream!!  :)

Make it a great day!

Welcome to this week's SIP challenge.......
This week, LOVE is in the air.......

And, I just have to say..... I am a little in love with this card....  :)

I don't do a lot of shaker cards, but I do love the looks of them, and how fun they are.....so I am not sure why I don't do more......  hmmmmm......

The card base is Watermelon Wonder, the dsp is in the Carried Away pack.  The balloons are from the 'Lift Me Up' stamp set.

I didn't have any sequins that would coordinate with the dsp, so that is when I had the idea to punch a few tiny hearts in coordinating colors for in my shaker.

Hope you all enjoy my card.

Make it a great day!
